We want you to be completely happy with your new Fabienne Chapot items, which is why we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the return form is included inside to help us process your request faster.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
